Hudson-Ford
Mick joined Hudson Ford in 1975 while they were preparing for their US tour with the Strawbs. These live Radio One recordings (and the video) are from this period. Mick moved to Los Angeles where pre-production for the tour was to have taken place, but after several weeks of negotiations with the record company, the entire tour was suddenly cancelled. Mick decided to stay in LA, and quit the band. After a couple of years, he decided LA just wasn't for him, and he moved back to London and got back into studio session work, where he met and recorded an album with Davey Pattison.
